Barker Steel fabricating plants, which are strategically located throughout the Northeastern U.S. to best serve the principal metropolitan city areas as well as the most remote paper mill or hydro project, always maintain an inventory level of all bar sizes, both epoxy-coated and uncoated, to accommodate any size project.  With a weekly fabricating capacity of several thousand tons we are pleased to be able to accommodate your pick-up of a few hundred pounds to our delivery of several hundred tons to your mega-project at a hospital, bridge or treatment plant in a single day.

Our seven fabricating plants are located in five states: Albany, NY, Canaan, New Hampshire, S. Windsor, CT, Avenel, NJ and Deerfield, Westfield and Canton in Massachusetts.  These shops utilize sufficient shear lines, automated coil machines, automated bending and mechanical threading machines to support any project of any size or complexity in the nine state area that we serve.

An extraordinary computer-assisted scheduling program, directed and disciplined by highly skilled personnel, permits us to determine well in advance the plant location which can best fulfill your project needs.  Whether a 40-story tower in New York City, a tunnel project in Boston, a paper mill near Bangor or a bridge outside Binghamton, your reinforcing steel needs are provided as you want and when you want at the best competitive price.
