In June 2007, Barker Steel opened this new facility in New York to accommodate the ever-increasing demands of that market. Located off the Midway Tunnel, at the corner of 2^nd Street and 54^th Avenue, in the Long Island City section of Queens, NY, our new facility occupies approximately 25,000 sq. ft., and is fully stocked with rebar of all sizes and mesh (black and epoxy), concrete accessories, including chairs and bar locks; handset forms, concrete chemicals, restoration and masonry products, and everyday supplies. Through this facility, we will more effectively service the five boroughs of New York, as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties.
