Continuing in our tradition of expanding our capabilities to provide complete quality service and products for concrete construction, Barker Steel LLC, in 2003, became a fabricator of post-tensioning. We combined our strengths in reinforcing steel supply, formworks and concrete related building products with post-tensioning to create a unique capability of services and products unmatched by any in the Northeast. We are producing post-tensioning out of our expanded location in Avenel, New Jersey, making us the closest post-tensioning supplier to the New York, New Jersey and New England markets. This allows us to effectively supply all your post-tensioning, building products and reinforcing needs, detailed and coordinated simultaneously and delivered on the same truck. The goal we set for Barker Post-Tensioning is to provide a first-rate solution to the challenge of effectively coordinating the budgeting, detailing, supply, service and in some cases installation of all items required for PT reinforced structures in the Northeast. Barker Post-Tensioning has used its extensive experience in fabrication and installation along with our technical knowledge and above all our commitment to customer service to meet this objective.
